Welcome to Fermi Baseball
Thank You to the Fermi Coaching Staff
Head Coach Mark Dube, Assistant Coach Brian Mazzone and JV Coach Dave Janowski have all decided that the 2010 season would be their last. All three coaches have announced their retirement as Fermi Baseball coaches. Everyone involved in Fermi Baseball would like to thank all the coaches for their dedication to the players and the Fermi baseball program.

Mayo Named All-State Catcher for the 2010 Season!
Congratulations to Senior Catcher Matt Mayo on being selected to the Connecticut High School Coaches Assoiciation Class L All-State team for the 2010 season! Matt is the first player in the history of the school to be named to the All-State team. Matt will also appear in CHSCA Senior All-Star game representing District IV. The game is being played on Tuesday, June 15th at 5:00 PM at Plainville High School. Tickets are $5 being sold at the door. If Matt's team wins...they will play an additional game the following night at Plainville HS. at 5:00 PM. Good luck, Matt!
Mayo, Millett, Breton, Keene named to
2010 All CCC-East Team!
Congratulations to four of our players for being named All-Conference for the 2010 season! Seniors Matt Mayo and Matt Keene were seleced for the second consecutive season while Trevor Breton and Chaz Millett were selected in their first year as varsity players.
ANYONE WHO ORDERED A FAN HAT: UPDATE! I have spoken with our salesperson regarding the highly delayed delivery of the fan hats. A mistake was made on his behalf that caused the delay. He will be shipping the hats in 3 weeks (as of 6/8/10) and will include extra hats in the order. Each family that ordered a hat or hats will recieve an additional hat at no charge. This does not make up for the extended wait...especially since the season is now over...but I guess its something! I apologize for this situation...it isn't fair to any of you. Thank you!
