Falcons Open Season with Win

The Varsity team won it's season opener vs. Bristol Central 2-0. Trevor Breton (1-0) pitched 7 shut out innings in the win. With 2 outs, Pat Bordeau started the rally with a bunt single and then stole 2nd base. Alex Zachary and Joe Bowker had key back to back singles to drive in the two runs. Trevor Breton was an absolute work horse on the mound vs. Bristol Central. The senior captain threw a complete game shutout giving up only 2 hits and striking out 12.

The offense in the 5th inning came from "the basketball connection" of Pat Bordeau, Alex Zachary and Joe Bowker as they strung together 3 consecutive singles.
